Southeast Crab Feast: 1 Tour You Can’t Miss!

Foodies will love experiencing a Southeast Crab Feast! This region of the US is famous for its abundance of blue crabs, making this culinary treasure part of their beloved tradition. From a lively atmosphere and mouthwatering flavors, Southeast Crab Feasts offer something deliciously memorable!

One of my favorite recent discoveries is a traveling blue crab and seafood company known as Southeast Crab Feast.  Me and my father have had the pleasure of the last two years to visit them while on tour in Winston Salem.  I cannot recommend them enough, as the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere (smooth jazz playing while under the enclosed canopy of a local park!) was engaging.

Southeast Crab Feast was founded in 2010.  It operates as a non-profit (which I was pleasantly pleased to hear), giving the bulk of its proceeds to fight cancer and fund research.  They tour over 20 locations, including Charlotte, Winston Salem, Raleigh, and Columbia.

Make sure you dress for the weather, as each stop may be under different weather circumstances.

Upon arrival, you will be checked in to ensure you have a reservation.  You will then be issued a wristband for the all-you-can-eat blue crab, as well as a ticket for one basket of their delicious fish and chips.  Soft drinks and water are available for purchase.

Through our experience, it is wise to bring along some eating tools.  A roll of paper towels will come in handy, as well as cracking and scooping tools.  Hot sauce is not a bad idea, either!
